How does ASPIRE find the funds?
DONATIONS ARE USED TO HELP WITH THE FOLLOWING MOST NEEDED:-
Food for children – Rice, vegetables, meat, fruit ($40.00 USD per day helps to feed the Aspire children)
Loan payments – Bank loan owing for building. The monthly amount is $1,064.00 USD
As at February 2024 the current amount of loan is $76,201.98. Completion date for the loan to be fully repaid is 2nd June 2033. We do struggle to meet our monthly payments so any amounts to help with monthly payments or lump sum payments $5,000.00, $10,000.00 etc can be paid off the loan at any time)
Running costs –
Electricity (approx. $350.00 USD month)
Teacher wages (for local Kymer teachers – approx. $150.00 USD per teacher)
Gasoline for Tuktuk and schoolbus that bring village children to and from school each day (going to town for supplies, taking children on excursions).
Maintenance for Tuktuk, van, buildings & school.
School supplies includes books, pencils, teaching books, paper.
The fees paid by volunteers who stay at Aspire Homestay covers for the volunteer food and electricity costs, any amount remaining goes towards the food for the children.
As Aspire does not receive any Government aid, we depend on sponsorship and donations.
Therefore, we ask and encourage our volunteers to discuss with us ways & ideas of fundraising for any of the above necessities. We are grateful for all & any donations.

On 19th October, 2014 we have had received a donation $700 US and clothes from Mr. Mark Van De Velden, Brunei and his family with people in his community for support the school building and the children of Aspire. This donation are very important for running cost of the orphanage and building school project. |

On 20th April, 2014, we received a donations $US 1,309 from Cambodian & Friends Golf Club, Australia, this donations for support the children's food at Aspire Education & The children's Village Cambodia. |

On 12th January, 2015 we have finished the concrete for 2nd floor of school building, amount money $5,200 US Dollars is donated from Balansekvinnen $1,350 US, Oslo Shipbrokers $2,700 US, SL Interior $1,050 US and other people $100 US. All this donations we paid for material construction as cements, sand, gravels and builder. Thank you so much for the generous donations for support the school project for the children in Cambodia. |

On 2nd of June, 2015 we have had received a donation $1,650 US from Timo & parents, Iane, Ina, Jörg, Sebastian, Nadine, IBG Group, Wilhem Schmerbeck Neuenrade & Volksbank im MK. This donation we will be use for material constrution as ( bricks, cements and sand) to build a volunteer's house, called " Neverland" !

Thank you so much, Ellen the Manager of Explore World International Cultural Exchange Institude Co.Lte & teacher with student of 2+1 Program - the Second High School Attached to Beijing Normal University International Division in China for donations $1,307 US Dollars for support the children's food and building project of Aspire on 16th February, 2017.

Siem Reap, on 12th of November, 2022 we are the staffs and member of Aspire Training & Education is a school and home for poor, homeless and orphaned children, We would love to say thank you very much for Jeju Lions Club from Korean who is donated $ 24,563 US dollars to help for building a stage for the children to learn the traditional Khmer dances and musical instrument.
